The FridayParts Return Policy

We want our customers to have a satisfying experience, including with our return policy.
Our return process is designed to be as simple as possible to ensure your satisfaction.

Return Instructions

For warranty claims, please contact our technical department by submitting a request for assistance.
For non-warranty returns (replacement parts only; original parts are non-returnable), please follow the instructions below:
Please contact us within 90 days for a return.
Please note that parts must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Returns will not be accepted if parts have been installed or are not in new condition.

Return Process:

1. Contact FridayParts via email at support@fridayparts.com, through chat, by submitting a request, or by calling +1 833-308-1855.
  • Request a RMA #.
  • State the reason for your return.
2. Properly package the product for shipping.
  • Write the RMA# on the package.
  • Ship the package according to the instructions provided by the customer service representative.
3. Upon receipt of the returned item, one of the following will occur:
  • Refunds - A refund of the original purchase price will be made.
  • Exchange - Another part will be sent.

Please Note:

  • After we receive the returned package, full credit will be issued for all items that have not been installed and are returned in resalable condition.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs if the reason for return is “bought it wrong” or “don't need it anymore”.
  • FridayParts is responsible for shipping costs if the reason for return is 'quality problem' or 'wrong item shipped'.
  • Refunds through PayPal will be received within one day.
  • Refunds through credit card will be received within five days (we will process the refund and send you the receipt; bank processing times may vary).
  • If the product includes free shipping, the refund will be a full refund with no deduction for the shipping fee.

Returns that do not meet our return policy will be rejected.
