Welcome to the FridayParts Rewards Program (“we”, “our”, “the program”, “loyalty program”)! By enrolling in our Rewards Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Scope of Application
The FridayParts Rewards Program is available to customers who register on FridayParts.com. The program applies to eligible purchases made on our site and is governed by the terms of the registered region. Each account corresponds to a unique membership profile. All eligible purchases and rewards will be credited only to the account used during the transaction.
Membership Eligibility and Participation
Membership is free and open to all individuals who register a valid account on FridayParts.com. By registering, you are automatically enrolled in our Rewards Program. Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder.
Member Levels
● Our FridayParts Rewards Program currently has 5 levels: V0 (Registration Available), V1, V2, V3, and V4.
● Member levels are determined by the number of orders purchased and successfully shipped through FridayParts account. Qualifying purchases refer to the purchase of goods on the FridayParts website within the specified time, excluding the amount of refunds/rejection/cancellation on your orders. When specific conditions are met, you will receive a level increase, and the level will be permanently effective. The number of orders required to be purchased at FridayParts for each level is as follows:

Reward Points
Members earn Points on qualifying purchases. Qualifying purchases are the total amount paid for products, excluding taxes, shipping fees, refunds, cancellations, and discounts. Points can be redeemed on future purchases based on the available reward balance in your account. Information on earning and redeeming points will be listed on the Reward Points. In addition, detailed information on rewards available to members will be listed on the FridayParts Member Club from time to time.Information on rewards available to members will be listed on the FridayParts Member Club from time to time. Please note that FridayParts Member rewards cannot be applied to past purchases.
Approval, Termination and Removal
Once you join our FridayParts Rewards Program, you will be deemed to have read and agreed to comply with the rules. FridayParts may, at its sole discretion, change, restrict, or modify FridayParts Member rules, regulations, rewards, membership qualifications, or any other features of the FridayParts Member Program, and/or may decide to terminate the FridayParts Rewards Program at any time, by posting reasonable notice on the website and/or by email. You can refer to the latest version of these rules on this page. If you continue to use the FridayParts Rewards Program after changes to these terms, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified rules. If you do not accept the modified rules, you should proactively stop enjoying the member rewards as per the rules. Please check the website regularly for updates.
Limitations of Liability
FridayParts may modify the program terms, including rewards and tiers, or suspend or terminate the program if the program cannot operate as planned for any reason, including fraud or an attempt to defraud, which may result in failed purchases and cancellation of all rewards and privileges associated with the program. Any abuse of the program, failure to comply with any program requirements, any false statements or any behavior that harms FridayParts's interests, fraud, or attempted fraud may result in cancellation of the membership and may affect the member's eligibility for further participation in FridayParts's programs.
Communication
If there are any modifications, suspensions or terminations to the terms and rewards, FridayParts will notify you via mail, email, and other marketing channels, where permitted, and display all changes on this page. Unsubscribing may prevent you from receiving timely communication from us, and you will not receive any compensation from FridayParts in the event of program modification or suspension. Please note that FridayParts may continue to send you emails, such as those relating to changes or information about your account and FridayParts Member Program membership.
FridayParts reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the FridayParts Rewards Program membership standards at any time, which may involve changes to the tier status and rewards.
