About Reward Points
The FridayParts Rewards Program is designed for FridayParts members to earn points on their purchases, which can be used as discounts on future orders. Eligible members are those with a registered account who are logged in when placing an order on the FridayParts website.
Earning Points
1. Earn Points on Purchases
For every eligible purchase, you will earn points based on the current points rate displayed on the website. Points are calculated on the order subtotal, excluding taxes.
● Eligible purchases refer to products bought by members directly from FridayParts. Points will not be earned on refunded, rejected, or canceled order amounts.
2. Pending Points and Activation
Once you complete the payment, the earned points will be added to your account as pending points, which are temporarily frozen and cannot be used. These points will only become available after your order is shipped.
You can check the status of all your earned points by visiting the Points section in your account.
3. No Double-Dipping on Spent Points
Points spent on previous orders will not generate new points.
Points Rate by Membership Level
The exchange rate of spending amount to points earned varies by membership level. See the table below for details:

Using Points
● During checkout, you can redeem 100 points for £1.
● The maximum discount you can apply with points is 5% of the order subtotal (excluding taxes).
● Expiring points will be used first.
Point Expiration
● Points earned before January 1, 2026, will expire on March 31, 2026.
● You will receive a reminder before the points expire.
● Expired points that are not redeemed by the expiration date will be removed from your account.
Point Refunds
1. For Unpaid Canceled Orders:
If you cancel an unpaid order, any points used will be immediately refunded to your account.
2. For Returned Orders:
If you return an order, the points used for that order will be refunded along with the payment.
For partial returns, points will be refunded based on the returned item’s value relative to the total order amount.
3. For Orders Canceled or Returned After Points Expire:
If you cancel or return an order after the points used have expired, the expired points will not be refunded.
4. For Returns After Receiving the Order:
● If you return an order after confirming receipt, the points used will be refunded to your account.
● Any points earned from the order will be deducted. Expiring points will be deducted first.
● If your account balance is insufficient, the system will continue deducting points until the balance reaches 0.
Point Redemption and Transfer Rules
1. No Cash Redemption:
Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. Non-Transferable:
● You may not transfer, sell, donate, pledge, mortgage, or otherwise dispose of your points.
● Points cannot be traded or circulated in the market.
● Violating these rules may result in the suspension or cancellation of all your points.
