Product Description:
Air Compressor Controller is designed for diesel engine–driven air compressors, supporting compressor start/stop control, data monitoring, maintenance management, alarm protection, and remote control functions. The controller features speed regulation and a CANBUS (SAE J1939) interface, enabling control of both ECU and non-ECU diesel air compressors.

Built with a 32-bit ARM microprocessor, the ACC7100 series delivers accurate parameter measurement, set-point adjustment, timing, and threshold configuration. Most parameters can be set directly via the control panel or adjusted and monitored through a PC using RS485 or USB communication.

The controller uses a heated LCD display and high/low temperature–resistant electronic components, ensuring reliable operation in extreme environments ranging from -40°C to +70°C.

ACC7100A offers enhanced protection with a fully sealed rear housing, achieving IP60 overall protection and IP65 on the front panel. This design effectively prevents dust ingress, water seepage, and condensation, making it ideal for harsh working environments such as outdoor sites, mines, and urban construction applications.
